As I type this the sun is still shining brightly through the dining room windows, perhaps mocking those forecasters in PAG-ASA who hoisted Storm Signal Number 2 over Metro Manila and Rizal (among other places) earlier this morning. I've been watching and watching movies for two days straight, thanks to my classes (J 101, FILM 102, FILM 100, COMM 130). Inasmuch as I would have loved to pay my tuition yesterday, I didn't, for two reasons:

1. I didn't bring my tent, sleeping bag, and oxygen tanks.
2. I didn't bring someone to annoy to death.
